JCV-1 Double Chassis Mobile Crushing is the combination of our JC-1 mobile crushing plant and V-70 mobile sand making plant. The system is used in case of needing to crush harder rocks such as granite, basalt, etc. and also to have high proportion fine material with good cubic shape at the same time.
JCV-1 is the result of sophisticated design and engineering, the use of high quality materials and components with durable and excellent craftsmanship.

The production capacity of JCV-1 changes between 60 and 80 tph depending on the degree of hardness of the material to be crushed. The maximum feeding size is 550 x 300 mm. The cone crusher is Metso HP 100 or equivalent model and the VSI model is VSI-700-CR. It is possible to obtain 5 different fractions at the same time.
If necessary, it is possible to adapt an electric generator to the chassis of the plant.
JCV-1 is a user-friendly combination that promises easy-to-mount/mount features to its operators. The plant can be put to use in a very short time. In case of need, it is possible to equip the feed hopper and stock conveyors with a hydraulic opening mechanism and in that case the plant can be put into operation without the need for any external equipment such as crane, loader, etc.
JCV-1 is equipped with a high-tech automation system including first-class SIEMENS – SCHNEIDER brand PLC and electronic components. JCV-1 is operated by just a tablet controller.
The overall dimensions of both JCV-1 chassis are determined in accordance with international road transport regulations and it is easily transported between job sites.
