CONSTMACH single-axis mixers are the optimal solution for all types of concrete, especially for general purposes of concrete production. Easy maintenance and replaceable coatings, long-lasting Ni-Hard mixing elements promise users trouble-free performance. The presence of a double engine in the 2 m3 models allows production to proceed even in the event of a problem with one of the engines. The robust pulley chain mechanism transports the movement of the heavy-duty electric motor and gearbox to the main shaft of the mixer. Thanks to the automatic lubrication system, the mixer shaft bearings are always lubricated as long as the mixer is operated regularly. Like all our other types of mixers, our single-shaft mixers are also equipped with emergency stop button, access hatch and HEAVY-duty SKF/FAG bearings.
