CONSTMACH dual-shaft mixers offer a robust and compact design with a complete blend of all aggregates. With its large output capacities from 1 m³ to 6 m³ and fast mixing time, the CONSTMACH dual-shaft mixer is ideal for use in precast, block, paver and ready mixing dam applications. The art in mixing concrete is to make a batch of concrete quickly and completely. The powerful mandatory spiral mixing action of CONSTMACH Twin Shaft Mixers throws particles from each side of the mixer towards the center, where they are combined; the water is forced through powerful jets in the mixture, where it is completely absorbed, allowing the cement suspension to cover all the aggregated particles evenly, forming the strongest concrete.
