CONSTMACH 3000 ton capacity bolted type cement silo CS-3000 is specially used in cement terminals, cement factories and limestone powder storage applications.
The CONSTMACH CS-3000 cement silo is equipped with a maintenance platform between the legs, cement filling pipe, interior and exterior manholes, safety protectors, ceiling flanges for air filter and pressure safety valve, a roof for inside gutter and also a cone flange for butter fly valve.
CONSTMACH CS-3000 cement silo is supplied together with all necessary silo equipment such as cement screw conveyor with desired diameter and length, air filter, pressure safety valve, level gauges top and bottom, air fluidizing nozzles, pulse valve and cone butter fly valve for manual cement discharge. In case of using the silo for cement terminal or similar application, the screw conveyor can be connected to bottom loading to distribute the cement to trucks.
CS-3000 type bolted cement silo parts are manufactured by sensitive laser cutting and drilling methods. On the job site, the parts of the cement silos can be assembled easily and sensibly.
All CS-3000 static loading and mechanical calculations are performed using ANSYS Workbench CAE software and the silo is capable of storing 3,000 tons of cement or similar material without any deformation under all conditions.
1 coat of anticorrosive paint and 2 coats of FINAL COAT EPOXY PAINT with a total paint thickness of 140 microns are applied to our cement silos.
