In addition to the materials provided by the pretreatment in the primary and secondary crushing operations, it is also possible to feed the system directly with natural stone that is not larger than 200 mm.
All kinds of materials with different levels of hardness such as granite, basalt, dolomite, gabbro, limestone, etc. can be processed by T-150 with satisfactory results.
The production capacity of the T-150 mobile sand making machine differs between 230 and 250 tph depending on the hardness level of the material to be crushed. In addition to the 0-5mm sand, it is possible to obtain up to 3 different fractions at the same time.

T-150 is a user friendly system that offers easy mount/mount features to its users. The system can be up and running in just a few hours after arriving at the job site. On request, the feed hopper covers and storage conveyors can be equipped with a hydraulic opening mechanism and in that case the entire system can be brought into working position without any external equipment.
T-150 is equipped with a high-tech automation system that includes first-class electronic components and PLC of the SIEMENS – SCHNEIDER brand. T-150 is operated by just a tablet controller.
The overall dimensions of the plant are specified as per international road transport regulations and the plant can be moved by a single king-pin tractor easily between different job sites.
