Excellent application for the generation of especially fine aggregates (material) that are also called sand whose fraction size is from 0 to 5 mm in particle size with a large cubic shape. V-80 is the result of sophisticated engineering and advanced design, high-end quality components with durable and impressive workmanship.
In addition to the materials provided by the preset in the primary and secondary crushing operations, it is also possible to feed the system directly with natural stone no thicker than 40mm.
All kinds of materials with different levels of hardness such as granite, basalt, dolomite, gabbro, limestone, etc. can be processed by V-80 with satisfactory results.
The productivity of the mobile crushing plant V-80 varies between 150 and 200 tph with respect to the degree of toughness of the stone to be processed. In addition to the fine material (up to 5 mm) it is possible to obtain up to 3 different final materials simultaneously.

V-80 is a user-friendly combination that promises easy to mount/mount features to your operators. The plant can be put to use in a very short time. In case of need, it is possible to equip the feed bunker and storage conveyors with hydraulic cylinders and thus the plant can be put into operation without the need for any external equipment such as crane, loader, etc.
V-80 is equipped with a high-tech automation system that includes first-class electronic components and PLC of the SIEMENS – SCHNEIDER brand. V-80 is operated by just a tablet controller.
The overall dimensions of our mobile plants are determined in accordance with international road transport regulations and our mobile plants are transported only by tractor between our clients' job sites.
