MOBILE CRUSHING PLANT PL-1 (LIMESTONE)

It is an ideal solution for crushing materials with a low degree of hardness and abrasiveness, such as limestone. PI-1 is the result of advanced design and engineering, the use of premium components with durable and excellent craftsmanship.
PI-1 Mobile Crushing and Screening Plant is a combination of:
Feed hopper with vibrating feeder
CPI-1412 Primary Impact Crusher
Bypass conveyor (for soil extraction)
Feed conveyor between the primary impact crusher and the vibrating display
Vibrating display with 3 or 4 covers
Feedback conveyor from the vibrating screen to the impact crusher
Foldable type storage conveyors
Mobile chassis with wheels with hydraulic legs
Automation system with PLC and remote control
Dust removal system
Diesel electric generator set (optional application)
The production capacity of the PI-1 mobile limestone crusher changes between 150 and 200 tph according to the degree of hardness of the material to be crushed. The maximum feed size is 850 x 850 mm.
Thanks to the special design of the secondary impact crusher, the final materials produced have a satisfactory fine material ratio and also an excellent cubic shape, which is a desired result, especially for concrete production. It is possible to get 3 or 4 different fractions at the same time.
In case of need, it is possible to adapt an electric generator to the chassis of the plant.
The PI-1 mobile limestone crushing plant is an easy-to-use combination that promises easy-to-assemble/assemble features to your operators. The plant can be put into use in a very short time. In case of need, it is possible to equip the feed hopper and stock conveyors with a hydraulic opening mechanism and, in that case, the plant can be put into operation without the need for any external equipment such as crane, loader, etc.
The PI-1 mobile crushing plant is equipped with a high-tech automation system that includes electronic components and first-class PLCs from the SIEMENS – SCHNEIDER brand. PI-1 Mobile Crusher is operated by a tablet controller.
The overall dimensions of the PI-1 mobile limestone crushing plant are determined in accordance with international road transport regulations and easily transported between job sites.
