The production capacity of JS-3 changes between 250 and 300 tph according to the degree of hardness of the material to be crushed. The maximum feeding size is 850 x 600 mm. Thanks to the special design of the secondary impact crusher, the final materials produced have a satisfactory fine material ratio and also an excellent cubic shape, which is a desired result, especially for the production of concrete. It is possible to obtain 3 or 4 different fractions at the same time.
If necessary, it is possible to adapt an electric generator to the chassis of the plant.
JS-3 is an easy to use combination that promises easy to mount/mount features to your operators. The plant can be put to use in a very short time. In case of need, it is possible to equip the feed hopper and stock conveyors with a hydraulic opening mechanism and in that case the plant can be put into operation without the need for any external equipment such as crane, loader, etc.
JS-3 is equipped with a high-tech automation system including first-class SIEMENS – SCHNEIDER brand PLC and electronic components. JS-3 is operated by a tablet controller only.
The overall dimensions of both JS-3 chassis are determined in accordance with international road transport regulations and it is easily transported between job sites.
